The thought of joining Doris Day and Frank Sinatra wasn't a new idea. They had worked together on radio's Your Hit Parade in the late 1940s, during Miss Day's success as a band singer. Doris Day became one of the top ten singers between the early fifties and early sixties and as actress she became the biggest female film star in the early sixties. Frank Sinatra is arguably the most important popular music figure of the 20th century. This album is a collection of their (movie) hits, duets and rare broadcast recordings. Also included the original songs sung by Doris Day and Frank Sinatra from the soundtrack of the movie Young At Heart plus four bonus tracks.
