FROM ME NOT MUCH...! Poetry is an echo of your heart. Prose gives expression to your experiences and impressions. Prose writing is easier than poetry. I have taken a middle way "free poetry", free from rhythm and bondage of meter. It intoxicates you; it is a meditation and relief from all sorrows, pains, and aches. It was in 1972 I tried free poems in Sindhi under the title Tame ja Tukra, pieces of copper. I was all alone, the family was away, I remember, after writing about 100 pages in one sitting, my heart was so heavy, eyes filled with tears, I sobbed like a child. It was 5 o'clock in the morning. Maybe it was the morning fresh breeze, which made me cool and calm, felt light and composed. It was Sunday, no office, I went to sleep wrapped in these thoughts.
