We Americans have it pretty good. We have the freedom to choose really whatever we want, as long as we don't get reckless. What I am suggesting throughout this book is that we all take the time to choose to invest in ourselves; to build up the temple our loving Creator so selflessly provided us, to build ourselves in tune with what He wants us to do. Our bodies are the temples that God has given us to worship in. Therefore, I declare that now is the perfect time to invest in these temples of ours. To receive the messages of God that build. To take advantage of this great tool, because it is the greatest one we will ever use. Our time and opportunity on this earth, with these bodies, is short and fleeting. So build them up as your Creator would like and take full advantage of the joys of possessing them. Take advantage of this life. Build yourself up to be the kind of person that you were meant to be. Today is the day.
