Soccer is the most popular game throughout the World even in the Olympic. It is an attractive and challenging activity in all countries and this is also have included in the Physical Education curriculum. Youth of India are no exception for participation in the particular soccer game. There is a lack of proper training and due to lack of proper information about the effect of durational training. The result of this study will help the Physical Education teacher or Coach to understand the durational training effect on physical, physiological and Soccer skill performance. This will help them to understand the critical duration required to have a training effect not only for soccer but also other games.
