London, 1888. When Calvin Sheridan finds Marie, a childhood friend, brutally murdered in London, he goes on a quest to solve her murder and discover himself. Along the way, he enlists the help of French fencing-master Etienne Lefevre. Together, they explore secret societies, hidden codes, duels, and radicals.
