SOLITUDE is your highest therapy. That means not just physical aloneness but social media avoidance. It used to be you could erase an ex quick. But now with the ease of internet stalking we just stay sick. DETOX is dispersing all the crap they put in you. Since that's the goal, help it along--walk, rest, song. You must SEE that internet stalking is as bad as parking in front of his house. Get some class, lass. You're putting him first instead of yourself--always seeking OUTER validation by some louse! With unhealed wounds from early trauma, the new guy rejecting us makes us think he's MOMMA. In response to his abuse the best course of action is to be authentic. Move on and don't try to get back. Return to your home of loving support and wall out the rest: the land of deception for sport. The answer is SOLITUDE to forget this Jezebel/dude. It's not about them but original trauma in childhood.
