No Omittance

Walk with me through my own personal emotions and experiences I have had in my life as I go through the anticipation, fear, hope, excitement, and disappointment at each turn of events. The exhilaration of victory and the anguish of defeat for each of those moments. How I was able to identify the good and removed the toxic from my life. My main goal with writing this book is to offer a new approach to those that feel stuck and want to try something new. What works for some people does not necessarily work for others and I wanted to offer another option to those in need. Most importantly, I wanted to help those in abusive relationships either physical or mental a means to help identify that and take the steps needed to free themselves with confidence. Set boundaries, stop vicious circles, create and design a process for each moment that needs one while still working with each other as you come to consensus.
