Kei, driven by the love for his childhood friend Minamo, just got into the prestigious Kougaoka Academy, and together they serve on the school's public morals committee. Kei wants to let Minamo know about his true feelings but is crushed to hear that the school has a no-date policy! His dreams of a happy relationship trampled, Kei is called into a meeting with Ren, the beautiful leader of the committee, along with her two divine subordinates.
