Amanda discovers the human world and falls instantly in love with everything that the world has to offer--including Prince Edward. King Trison, her father, is worried about Amanda. He's scared that her curiosity will lead her to become one of the mermaids that keep disappearing. Fiona is Amanda's best friend--or was, until tragedy strikes.
