The Key to Purgatory

Jessie Rosewood is a brilliant, bullied teenaged girl who's dying of cancer. Her family moves to a rural town in Maine to give her a fresh start. Unfortunately Purgatory is not your ordinary small town. Young girls are missing, a boy drowned and a fatal car crash claimed an entire family. Jessie soon notices a light burning in a vacant house at night and goes to explore it. The house is haunted by the ghost of Tristan White- the most popular boy in school- who died not long ago. As the two seek answers about how he died, as well as the other mysterious events plaguing Purgatory, they fall in love. Unknown to them, as they close in on the truth, someone is watching; a sadistic killer who now has Jessie in his crosshairs!
