CFD Simulation of Micropump

Micropumps with various types of actuators have been using in micro fluidic transport for liquid delivery. Due to the complexity of flow field, particle transport through a valve less micro pump might be challenging in comparison to a pressure driven flow micro pumps, where computational simulations may be required. In this book fluid through valve less micropumps is simulated through 2D computational fluid dynamics combined with VOF multiphase model
