After the attack on Glaston Academy, Abrielle finds herself in the clutches of the nefarious individuals that make up the "tree house." With the threat of harm coming to Nicholas looming over her head, she is forced to comply with Jeremiah's orders. While undergoing the trials at Replyx, Abrielle is under constant surveillance making it impossible for her to use her replication abilities to try and escape.
