A. in Business Administration and Business Education from the University of South Florida. Dr. Perry teaches at Western Carolina University and has received numerous teaching awards and recognitions during his 18 year tenure there, including the Board of Governor's Innovative Teaching Award, and a Global Teaching Excellence Award. He is also very active in the private sector as a consultant for academic instruction, teaching seminars across the country. He has written over two dozen papers and publications, and is the editor of the Dictionary of U. S. Intelligence and of the book Why Secret Intelligence Fails.
