EU-only release containing all known instrumental recordings by the legendary Shelly Manne Quintet made at Shelly's Manne-Hole on March 3-5, 1961. These recordings were originally issued on two separate LPs. The group featured such stars as Conte Candoli on trumpet, Richie Kamuca on tenor sax, Russ Freeman on piano, and of course, Shelly Manne himself on drums. Includes 16-page booklet.
