Ultimatum

Corey Sheffield isn't the typical man. He's been to hell and back but somehow, made the most out of it. He owns a successful car dealership in Beaumont, Texas and typically stays under the radar. His personal life has had struggles that only the strong can survive. However, some of the demons he's had to battle have killed even the strong on occasion. His mother is doing a ten-year sentence in prison for murder, his sister April is also doing a bid in prison for attempted murder, and his brother is a backstabbing jackass. Unfortunately, his childhood was engulfed with sex and drugs, which caused the sever of the already strained relationship he had with his dad. With all his family troubles, the one person that should make it all better is his wife, Danielle. That couldn't be further from the truth, though. Danielle is the one person that can take Corey as high as the clouds and as low as the fiery pits of hell. Because of their family history, their marriage was doomed from the beginning, but Corey couldn't imagine his life without her. After Danielle found out about his betrayal and involvement in the attacks on her life, she ran. Corey didn't let her rest until he was back in her life. Now that they are married and have a son, he wonders if he made the right decision. Despite his attempts to make their marriage perfect, Danielle seems to always find a reason why it isn't. Will Corey make the right decisions regarding his family when temptation is all around him, or will he succumb to the pressures threatening to destroy him?
