The Platinum Tail

After a traumatic storm invades an island, a feline family discovers a large, strange land that has held rumors about dangerous magic. During this time, an adventurous preteen kitten named Narmel develops a rare feature: a tail made entirely out of pure platinum. While Narmel's archaeologist father investigates the new land, Narmel struggles to accept living with his platinum tail, which seems to handicap his ability to follow his dream: to be an explorer. He also has to cope with an unpredictable phenomenon of magical silver storms. Among the animals Narmel meets is a mysterious cat named Blix, who offers his assistance to help with his insecurities. However, when he discovers facts that intertwine with mysteries of the silver storms, he becomes determined to find out their causes. With a passion for adventure, Narmel learns to use strengths and weaknesses of his own in order to conquer a series of barriers he faces.
