Lady Lulu and Mr. Popo Fly a Kite

This book is a modern-day version of a game of hide-n-go seek between dogs and kite. Lady Lulu and Mr. Popo are an adoptive sister and brother, who are opposites, enjoying the day flying their beautiful butterfly kite. When suddenly the wind takes it away.
